  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional, for a bit of heat) 
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil 
  •  1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional) 
  •  Salt and pepper to taste 
  •  1 egg (for egg wash, optional) 
  • Oil for deep frying 

Instructions: 

1.Prepare the Filling: 

   Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 

    Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent. 

  Add the bell peppers and green chilies (if using) and cook until they are tender. 

   Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano or Italian seasoning. 

    Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 

  Stir in the grated cheese until well combined. 

 2. Assemble the Spring Rolls: 

 Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface or cutting board. If using square wrappers, place it in a diamond shape with a corner facing you. 

  Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese filling onto the center of the wrapper. 

 Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides. 

   Roll tightly from the bottom corner to the top, sealing the edge with a little beaten egg or water if needed. 

 3. Cook the Spring Rolls:
