 Instructions: 

 1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (if using). Let it marinate for about 15 minutes. 

 2. Fry the Chilies and Peppercorns: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the dried red chilies and Schezwan peppercorns. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 

 3. Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until it’s browned and cooked through. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Instructions:

   Heat a non-stick skillet or dosa pan over medium heat. Grease it lightly. 

  Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. 

   Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
